January 1, 2008 marked the 29th anniversary of the Camillian Sisters’ mission in the Philippines. From its humble beginnings now it has spread in Mindanao with the latest establishment of the community in Mati, Davao Oriental.

On May 22, 2008 the Congregation will celebrate the 140th year of the birth in heaven of our Foundress, Blessed Ma. Domenica Brun Barbantini. On this same occasion the 33rd General Chapter will also begin. This is an event of grace for the Sisters delegates to assess our way of life and initiatives so that we may be able to address fruitfully the needs of our Church today.

Let us be one to pray to the GOD-WITH-US that we may become credible bearers of hope especially to the sick of whom we are sent. May you be one with us in the process of transformation. THE GOD IN US, BLESS THE GOD IN YOU!
